Built in Indore. Standing across India.

Polyhouses Rated to
Withstand Winds Up to
120 Km/Hr

A polyhouse is only as good as the season it survives. We design and build galvanized structures from 2,500 to 16,000 sq m, each one planned around your crop and your land, not pulled off a shelf.

Every polyhouse we put up in Indore and across Madhya Pradesh carries the same promise: it stands through the wind, the heat and the rain, so your crop gets the full season it needs.

Four types. One right choice for you.

Naturally Ventilated, Umbrella/Butterfly, Fan & Pad and Tunnel Polyhouses

There is no single best polyhouse. There is only the right one for your crop, your land size and your budget. Here is how we help you choose.

Naturally Ventilated

Lowest running cost

Side and top vents use natural airflow to keep temperature steady. Best for growers who want lower running costs and crops that do not need tight climate control, like gerbera, carnation and leafy vegetables.

Suits: Gerbera Carnation Leafy Vegetables

Umbrella / Butterfly

Raised ridge ventilation

A raised ridge design that opens up ventilation further, suited to hot regions and taller crops like capsicum and tomato that need extra headroom and airflow above the plant canopy.

Suits: Capsicum Tomato (Tall) Hot-Climate Crops

Fan and Pad

Tightest climate control

Fans pull cool, moist air across the full length of the house for the tightest climate control available. Best for high-value crops like exotic flowers and nursery saplings where temperature swings cost you money.

Suits: Exotic Flowers Nursery Saplings Sensitive Stock

Tunnel

Lowest cost per sq m

A simple, low-cost arched structure good for nurseries, seedling raising and smaller plots where you want protection from rain and pests without a large investment to begin.

Suits: Nurseries Seedling Raising Smaller Plots

The question we hear most is: which type of polyhouse should I choose? The honest answer is that there is no default. We start with your crop, your land and the wind conditions on your specific plot, then we design backward to the structure. That is how every grower ends up with a polyhouse that holds up through the full season, not just the first few months.

Polyhouse cost and common questions

Questions We Get Asked Most, by Phone and at the Farm

What does a polyhouse cost per sq m in Madhya Pradesh?
Cost depends on the type you choose, the size of your plot and your crop's needs. A naturally ventilated house costs less per sq m than a Fan and Pad house. Tell us your land size and crop and we will send a clear quote, no guesswork.
Can a polyhouse survive Malwa's summer winds and storms?
Yes. Every structure we build is galvanized and engineered to withstand winds up to 120 km/hr, which covers the storms this region typically sees. Malwa's summer squalls are factored into the structural design before a single pole goes in.
Do I need a large plot to start?
No. We have built structures from 2,500 sq m upward. If your plot is smaller, a Tunnel or compact Naturally Ventilated design is usually the right fit. We will tell you honestly which type makes sense for your land before we quote anything.
Will you help me choose the right type for my crop?
Yes. Every project includes agronomy support, from choosing the structure to setting up fertigation and fogging, so you are not left to figure it out alone. We have trained over 1,500 farmers across India through SVCPL and the same knowledge comes standard with your build.
Do you only build polyhouses in Indore?
We are based in Indore and build across Madhya Pradesh and India. We have also fielded enquiries from Oman, Canada, Cambodia, UAE and Saudi Arabia for export-ready designs. Our structures are engineered to local wind and climate conditions wherever the land sits.
